Had a great experience with 316 removals and storage ltd. Very good value for money, professional, efficient and they will be the first company I recommend for anyody looking for removals. I arranged my move at short notice, but this was no problem to Paul. He, Tony and Shane got everything packaged safely and moved securely into our new home, all within a matter of days, including dismantling and reassembling a tricky bed frame and liasing some awkward spaces and flights of stairs. The whole process was seemless and myself and partner literally just put our feet up! Paul is offering an amazing service and is a credit to the sector.

Brilliant service and easy to work with, very helpful from start to finish. Tony and Shane were great on the day of our move, nothing was too much trouble. Paul was extremely helpful in organising things for us in advance. We would strongly recommend.

From the first phone call to Paul, I was confident this was the right company to move my Mum from Scotland to Wales.
Paul and Tony were experienced and professional, and took great care with everything that was loaded on to the van.
They remained positive and cheerful throughout - when the fridge/freezer leaked all over the kitchen floor, when they had to remove a door to get the sofa out of the flat, with the traffic on the M5 and with the last minute change to our destination when the keys for the new property weren't available on time.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Paul was clear to communicate what I needed to do and arrived when he said he would. They were very respectful of my belongings and did a stellar job moving everything in at the other end! I would definitely use their service again. Thanks for making a stressful time so much smoother.

Paul and his team were amazing and so helpful, even though we were canceled for a week they managed to fit us back in. So professional, the care and attention giving to all our furniture was perfect, nothing was a bother. We would definitely recommend you all to anyone moving you made what could have been a stressful day so much easier. Thank you so much guys.

Paul and the team were excellent from start to finish with our packing and moving service. The team were very efficient and all items in our flat were packed up securely and arrived in our new home safely, in the right rooms. The team didn’t even complain navigating the four flights of spiral tenement stairs on the way down and then the numerous steps up to our new property! The team were also willing to go above and beyond, helping with extra requests we had on the day. Couldn’t recommend their services enough. Truly 5*
