Nothing was too much trouble, and boy did we have trouble!
We got caught up in the Barcleys bank IT outage , people moving into our house and we became homeless and no money from the nett sale
Kaye and the team were so understanding and waited patiently all afternoon to see if we got the keys but alas we didn't.They were so reassuring about the contents of our home on their van and redelivery on Monday.
They gave us confidence that everything will turn out ok and it did.
Lovely bunch of lads .
Can't recommend them highly enough and to Kaye who's such a lovely person . Thank you.

Chepstow removals are fantastic. You get excellent customer service throughout the whole process. We have a particularly stressful move and we received support, flexibility and empathy. The boys doing the move were great, really friendly, productive and efficient. I would highly recommend using them. Thanks for all the help Kay & boys x

Chepstow Removals recently moves us from Chepstow to Wiltshire, with Alistair leading and a fantastic team of 5.
The team were absolute trojans, and we can only apologise for the late completion meaning they were with us unloading until gone 8 O’Clock in the evening without drama or any complaint. We hope they all got home safe and sound, and enjoyed the beers when they could.
Chepstow Removals have an absolute star team there, their patience, enthusiasm and willingness it ‘do whatever it takes’ was greatly appreciated and, in this day and age, very refreshing. Their punctuality was faultless and their care in handling our furniture and belongings was superb.

Chepstow Removals deserve ten stars. From the first phone call to removal day they were fantastic. A special mention to Kay for her patience and kindness.
