I wish I'd used Chepstow for my move!
I swapped homes, and the other lady used them. In the space that we did 2 trips, they did 3. Ben and the lady were lovely.
Highly recommend them.

We used Chepstow Removals for our move from Bristol to Chepstow, and they were excellent. Really good communication in advance, very good value, and on the move day they were fab, cheerful, careful, sensitive and fast. Kay is responsible for doing estimates, and was really helpful on the phone whenever we needed to speak. Alistair runs the moving team and was great. The firm also provides good value short and long term storage, which we are making use of. Thanks Chepstow Removals, we would definitely use you again.

Absolutely fantastic company!!! Kay was super helpful and responsive from the moment I enquired, came to the house to get an inventory of everything and then provided a super competitive quote. She was able to reserve two days while we sorted a completion date for our new house. Any questions I had, Kay made sure to respond quickly and made sure I knew what I needed to.
On the day of the move, the team turned up bang on time and got cracking! They even had to dismantle a large IKEA dresser to get it down the stairs and then reassembled it in the van...the same dresser my husband spent 8 hours assembling lol. They got everything out and into the new house with ease and a sense of humour! I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone who needs removals

Nothing was too much trouble, and boy did we have trouble!
We got caught up in the Barcleys bank IT outage , people moving into our house and we became homeless and no money from the nett sale
Kaye and the team were so understanding and waited patiently all afternoon to see if we got the keys but alas we didn't.They were so reassuring about the contents of our home on their van and redelivery on Monday.
They gave us confidence that everything will turn out ok and it did.
Lovely bunch of lads .

We used chepstow removals the crew were brilliant could not fault them even plumed my washing machine in . Very Friendly staff .
