Absolute stars! They managed to move us with just 24 hours notice and get the house loaded onto vans after exchange happened at 10.00.am and completion at 2.30pm on the same day. The first thanks goes to Kay for truly going above and beyond to get us moved in such short notice.
Every single one of the boys that loaded/unloaded and moved our belongings was an absolute credit to the company. They truly reduced the stress and made us feel we and all our furniture was in safe hands from the moment they stepped through the door.
Always smiling, joking, reassuring, courteous and respectful. Thanks to the boys, I didn’t cry once during what was a never to be repeated 48 hours of the hell that is moving house !

I highly recommend Chepstow Removals. They moved me today and it all went well, they worked their socks off. I’d give 6 stars if I could. They were professional, efficient and lovely to have around. They were excellent!

Fantastic! Kay was amazing at juggling the ever shifting completion dates with a wonderful calm friendly manner, clearly explaining and reassuring us through the stressful process of never knowing the removal date, her experience and professionalism was outstanding. Alastair and John (and Cameron for part) handled a complicated 200 mile move, with incredibly early starts and two very long days with a wonderful cheery and friendly disposition. Their experience and professionalism was fantastic, not to mention there stamina and strength. We used these guys after they had done a fantastic move for our daughter and they came up trumps again. We would highly recommend!

We cannot recommend Chepstow Removals strongly enough, they are a brilliant company. Thoroughly professional, great value, friendly, supportive and extremely hard working.
From the first quotation meeting to the day of the move we had had a long, long stressful journey. Kay and Alistair, your support and help in finally getting us into our new house was invaluable and so appreciated.

I wish I'd used Chepstow for my move!
I swapped homes, and the other lady used them. In the space that we did 2 trips, they did 3. Ben and the lady were lovely.

We used Chepstow Removals for our move from Bristol to Chepstow, and they were excellent. Really good communication in advance, very good value, and on the move day they were fab, cheerful, careful, sensitive and fast. Kay is responsible for doing estimates, and was really helpful on the phone whenever we needed to speak. Alistair runs the moving team and was great. The firm also provides good value short and long term storage, which we are making use of. Thanks Chepstow Removals, we would definitely use you again.
