Only giving one star as I contacted them, was told they would get back to me, they didn't.
I've text, emailed and called several times to ask if they are collecting the item discussed and still no one has contacted me to say yes or no. In this day and age when everyone is on a phone, doesn't take 2 minutes to reply.
Was left stressing about a collection from Next in Cambridge because they told me that they wouldn't want the item hanging around in their store, have spent the whole after getting quotes from other companies, professional fast replying companies, driving to Next to explain my problem to be told 'it's ok, we will hold it till you can get a driver'
If they didn't want to do the job in the first place, they should have said!!

I had a great experience using BCT transport to move some items of furniture between houses. Paul and Elliot were friendly and efficient. It made my moving experience much less stressful. I would definitely use them again.

This company you can trust to delivery. Absolutely professional. Paul & Elliott yesterday carried our very heavy large items of furniture up our coach House steep stairs. Never complaining, even when our heavy dresser would not fit in the place we wanted it to go. Paul & Elliott sawed through the window sill to make it fit.

One of the best moving service in Cambridge. Paul provided excellent service, polite, considerate, and efficient. The quote price is also great for providing a large vehicle.
