We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service you received.
At the time you requested a quote from us we provided you with quotes based on two different types of service both of which were fully explained in full on the Quotation proposal, by the sales person and again at the time of Booking to you. Our standard part load Removal service with full crew and also a quote based on budget Logistics service which the cheapest service we provide which you selected at it suited your lower budget range. We do make it very clear that it is a Budget service and exactly what can be expected from this cheaper option.
The vehicle provided for you held up to 25 cubic meters to which was full to capacity and you had only paid and Booked for 20 Cubic Meters. Therefore, it was more than suitable for youβre your Booking requirements. In addition, no further costs for the extra 5 cubic meters volume have been requested from which is based on a pro rata basis.
Wi th the regards to the second driver, he was due to arrive to you to help load the same day he was running a little behind schedule as we made you aware on the day at the time the first driver arrived to collect. We advised he would be there around lunch time however you decided to help the collection driver and loaded the goods before he arrived. The extra cost of £175 for the off load will be fully refunded if you contact our office.

I can’t say enough good things about the Sky Team (all of them) particularly [name removed by Sirelo] the Sales Director that took extremely good care of all the service. She may work for Sky Global Relocations, but I really felt that she was working for me and with me.
From the sales team, who were professional, understanding, carrying and friendly, to the collection and the delivery guys, everyone was faultless. The delivery guys were calling me on route to Germany updating me on traveling progress to make sure we didn't have to wait. It was just faultless.
The entire experience has been fantastic. I always felt treated as their only customer. My advice is Give them a call and experience It will be money well spent and you will have a fantastic experience if it is only half as good as mine.






Everything went as agreed - their crew had it all packed up and loaded (7 m3) in a matter of a couple of hours. We only booked 5 CM but the crew kept us updated on packing and loading they volume was more and the office explained the extra costs before the Crew loaded so we could decide what to send and what not to before it was all loaded. We really appreciated Sky Global Relocations explanations and patience with us while we were going through the process.
Everything went great on delivery and nothing was damaged. The friendly delivery crew reassembled the few pieces of furniture that were taken apart for shipment and took all the boxes where we wanted them.
We have already recommended their services to our friends in France. Thank you all involved for your great service.

Do not use this company. It hasn't been around for very long, and hopefully, it won't be around for very much longer.

We're extremely sorry that you had to face such difficulties, problems in customer service is not something we are known for. As you can see from our other reviews, we pride ourseleves in providing great customer service and we'd like to do the same for you. It is unfortunate we could not accommodate your extra 20 Cubic Meters on your collection date as we were fully booked and could only load the space for your Booked as 10 Cubic Meters which you requested. We asked both the German depot and the UK depot to do a full warehouse sweep but unfortunately the only missing/ Damaged item you have made us aware of could not be found. I understand you were provided an upgrade free of charge to Insurance cover which should cover the cost of your lost/Damaged item. I have also looked into your comments with regards delays but can see both collections and delivery were made as advised at the time of Booking and no changes were made to the Part Load Schedules. However if this is not the case please contact us directly look at compensating for an inconvenience caused.
I would also ask you provide full information with regards to your statement that Sky Global have a bad reputation with our contractors to who we work to as this completely untrue. We have an outstanding reputation in the industry with all our Agents we will also pursue this matter in full to resolve any Issues.

I gave a window for the delivery in the UK, and again, they were able to meet my requirement, even with a short notice. It was all smooth and straight forward, with a very responsive coordinator.






Sky Global Relocations came to our rescue less than 4 days notice for a our full house move from Sweden to the Uk. We paid a deposit and thank goodness we didn't pay the full amount to Pearson Home Moving who we now understand have gone into liquidation.
We thought by using an “approved” Company and paying more we would be in safe hands as we kept being told by [name removed by Sirelo] the sales man. Only to find out days before our move they were no longer trading. We called [name removed by Sirelo] and i cannot thank her enough for the speed and efficiency she resolved our problem and was less than what we were going to pay Pearsons.
We move often and will definitely be using Sky Global Relocations Again.

She took the time to understand exactly what I needed, time scales and what my expectations were and made sure these were adhered to.

Now, to start, I knew what I was getting into, I had been without work for 6 months, recently divorced, and had to shotgun move. I am in the process of unpacking still and anything labelled glass is smashed and not a single box looks as if an elephant didn’t sit on it. To start, several months ago during my collection, my “collection day” was rescheduled several times over the course of three days. This turned out to coincide with a weekend football match which the lads who performed the pickup were keen to see. After loading my belongings, I was asked where suitable weekend parking is (I’m in Amsterdam, it doesn’t exist) and was told that they’d illegally park in the Olympisch Stadion and hope not to get towed – Don’t tell that to the guy whose stuff you just loaded… Customer service, it’s painfully obvious that this company is in “read the T&C’s and we couldn’t give a **** mode”. If you ever question them on timing, contract, etc, you get the standard “this is how we operate mode” – however, the people working there, when not being questioned about their day job seem to be decent humans, albeit stuck in a shitty office chair, going through the motions. TIP: When they tell you to give them as much up front notice as possible, for delivery (if they are providing storage) their 1-2 week lead time means nothing in comparison to your delivery period. What they actually mean is that “we fill a truck, then we deliver” – aka, if you live in the middle of nowhere and you miss the last truck, it might take 9 months before the next arrives. My stuff left storage in UK for Dublin IE, and took 2 months to arrive 3 hours west of Dublin. When asking for pricing on a single, personal, delivery, I was quoted 2,500GBP for reasoning of “tolls” and “rental costs” – Let’s be perfectly ******* clear, I can rent the most expensive truck in the country and drive around the entire island 5 times, for less. Insurance, READ THE T&C’s, it doesn’t exist. Lastly, if asking for storage, be perfectly aware that no matter what the sales executive tells you, your maximum free storage period is 4 weeks. Oh yeah, I’m two boxes short from what they originally picked up.

I'm sorry you feel this way, however I feel we need to reply to correct the misleading information you have provided based on that you have not contacted us at all about any of Issues you have mentioned.
1. We were not made aware of any personal circumstance and certainly not details of divorce or βshotgun moveβ. Your Quote was based on our standard tariff costs.
2. You have not contacted us with regards to any damaged goods/missing boxes. Without knowledge of this we have not been given the opportunity to assist with this.
3. You requested the cheapest option to move of a part load service and your quote for 3 cubic meters was Β£975.00. This was based on removal from Amsterdam to the UK, Into Store, four weeks FREE storage, no warehouse handling fees and delivery from the UK to Ireland..
4. The rescheduling of collection is unfortunately a risk taken on a part load service. This is very clearly explained in your booking confirmation and NOT hidden in Tβs & Cβs as you suggest . In the IMPORTANT INFORMATION section as per below:
PLEASE NOTE the dates advised for collection and delivery on Part Load services can be subject to change as delays can occur beyond our control so please allow 24 hours / 48 Hours. We advise you not to book flights or travel plans the same day of advised date. You are required to be flexible to suit our schedule on this service which could.
5. NEVER at any point have you been referred to your terms and conditions. We have always been on hand and replied promptly and clearly to answer any questions you have had.
6. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will always go the extra mile to look into any complaints. However you must give us the opportunity via a call or email to resolve any issues you may have. In this instance you have not done so.
7. As you can appreciate we are now in the middle of summer when most people are keen to move. We have to find availability on the next vehicle after you provide your delivery address and at this time of year this can take a number of weeks. In this instance you provided us with your delivery address on 24th May 2018. We then provided you with an invoice for your additional 6 weeks storage costs which was not paid until 31st May 2018. Therefore we could not even request a schedule for your delivery with transport before this date which was 6 weeks in total.
8. You then asked for a dedicated service from the Uk to Ireland rather than the part load / shared service you requested originally and wanted this in the quickest time possible. Availability is extremely limited at this time of year and at a premium price which is beyond our control.
9. You were advised on your quote and booking confirmation which again what your costs are based on, four weeks free storage, for which you received. We charged you an additional £80 for an EXTRA 6 weeks storage ( 11 weeks Store period for weeks in total for £80) ) for which payment was delayed by yourself and we had to chase you for.
10. All the boxes were prepacked by yourself not our Crew,so we cannot comment if the packing of them was insufficient or not.
11. We are a move management company which means we provided services worldwide using our network of approved Removal or Shipping agents. Allowing us to provide a bespoke service based on each customers request and budget.

I’ve moved internationally several times using Pickfords etc and Leane was twice as good at least!






Overall, Sky Global Relocations is definitely a great organisation if you're moving abroad and need a reliable and friendly service and cannot say a negative thing about the service provided from start to finish. My co-ordination was very quick to replying an email (in some cases, less than 5 minutes) always answered all my questions and made things easy every step of the way excellent coordinator highly recommended with lots of knowledge.

Your items were collected from your own store unit, the loading inventory advises that some items were damaged on collection prior to our crew loading
If you email me the missing items we will certainly look into this for you.
With regards to payment options, unfortunately the gatway provider have a few issues with the payment gateway which is outside of our control. This however did not affect any aspect of your booking or cause any delays with your move. Alternative options were provided to you including card payment.

We were happy with both the price and the level of service provided. On the one day before packing, the crews were lovely, very helpful and were nice. Overall we had no problem. Our belongings were delivered to us safely. The team worked really hard and with a dedication. The office team were helping throughout my move which took a lot of the stress out of the whole operation. Always on hand to answer my sometimes manic emails which were all answered promptly, smoothing my concerns from start to Finish.. I am really pleased that I have used this company for my move. I will not hesitate the slightest to recommend this company.
