We struggled to find a removal company that was both financially viable and one we felt we could rely on. Yes we found one in John Lomas Removals from the office manager to the site visit and the removal guys they were all first class. Couldn’t fault them in any way very friendly nothing was to much trouble for them to do. Really glad we found them and would highly recommend to anyone taking the steps to move. Thank you John Lomas

This is Cindy, wife of Charles... I can honestly say I was sadly not impressed with John Lomas Ltd.
The Assessment gent whom came beforehand seemed disinterested and in a hurry; rushing through the initial process. I feel he should have slowed down, listened, and could have estimated proper needs, box numbers, etc. much more accurately. The 2 gents whom came on removal day...20 yr. experienced one: did not show proper care nor attention. Three & four dishes would be put together, no paper between them...and in one box shell mirror stuck at bottom of box, with heavier items on top. The less experienced gent of 5 yrs. experience was much more personable and careful. We also have damage...top of wood dresser; chunk out of it...and our 2-seater reclining sete is not right any longer. It is creaking and I feel improperly put back together. The furniture was also not cushioned properly when loaded on lorry. Scarcely any blankets used, clothing not even properly covered, so dust & debris was found on our items on arrival. In the new flat during unloading...heavy boxes were put on fragile boxes in the livingroom. Books atop crystal glassware. I have been truly upset. After enduring over 15 prior moves in North Anerica, (Canadian Military), I can honestly say my John Lomas experience has been very poor! I would not choose them again. Sorry.Read more

Absolutely brilliant service and communications by the whole team! Rob and Julie were great at communicating from the office and on the day of the move Mick and Ian were just brilliant and went above and beyond to help me make the move completely stress free. Worth every penny. I'd recommend 100% to anyone. Cheers all - Chris.

If you want amazing and friendly service look no further!!
Thank you so much for helping us to move. The lads were very friendly and professional. They emptied our property so quickly and helped us feel calm on such a stressful day.
I could not recommend these guys more. We had a lot of difficulties with the property that we purchased but we managed to get all of our items in the property.

We have to say a massive thank you to everyone that helped us to move to our new home. We can highly recommend this removals company. They are polite and courteous and nothing is too much trouble and everything was moved with NO damage whatsoever. They are so AMAZING.

Julie in the office was fantastic as we had more than a stressful sale.
The team that came to do the move were brilliant. Nothing was to much trouble and they took the stress out of the move.
People think they can do it cheaper but I would only ever use John Lomas as it is worth ever penny for the peace of mind and fantastic service
