If I could I would give them no stars at all.
I used Pak Direct Cargo for the first time to send a parcel from the UK to Karachi. I paid £600 for what was promised to be a smooth, door-to-door delivery of 15 pieces, which included clothes, books, shoes, a printer, mini skincare fridge, carpet cleaner, and a brand-new Nespresso coffee machine, all packed in original boxes.
From the very beginning, I kept asking their team about the process — how it works, whether I needed to do anything specific, and whether customs could be an issue. I was reassured repeatedly that everything was taken care of, that there’s no need to worry, and that my things would be safely delivered. Not once did they mention any requirement to photograph the bags, seals, or tags — nor is anything of the sort mentioned on their website.
The parcel was delivered after three months, and even then, one bag was initially missing and delivered an hour later. The delivery person then demanded money, despite everything being fully paid for. Luckily, I stopped that from happening as I was on a video call with my family during the delivery.
While on call, we were trying to open the packages to check the contents, but the delivery person pressured us to sign the receiving sheet quickly, before we could verify anything. Once opened, we discovered that the Nespresso coffee machine was missing. When we told the delivery man, he said the only proof needed was to write on his sheet that something was missing and that’s how claims are made — which we did.
Immediately, I contacted Pak Direct Cargo in the UK via WhatsApp and calls (with screenshots and call logs to prove it). Since then, I’ve been strung along with vague responses, delays, and even rudeness from their team. Days later, they suddenly changed the narrative and told me, “Sorry, but you were supposed to take photos of the bag seals” — something no one ever told me, not during the booking, not before the delivery, not even during the multiple updates I kept asking for.
The delivery guy, in fact, said that writing on his sheet was sufficient proof. Now, I’m being told that’s not enough. There has been zero clear communication from any part of the team. They’ve given me no explanation, no accountability, and no process I can rely on. The invoice doesn’t list individual items — just the number of pieces — because their team packed it themselves.
I followed every step I was told. I asked for their process. I trusted them. And now, a valuable item is gone, and they’re trying to shift the blame to me. This is completely unacceptable.
I have screenshots of everything if they are required and video evidence of the things I sent for cargo.
If you value your belongings, your money, and your sanity — do NOT use Pak Direct Cargo.Read more
