The booking process was really simple. We provided our own itinerary over email and received a quote very quickly. Marriott were also very flexible when looking to accommodate our removal date.. or date changes I should say. It took us a while to pin down a completion date with our chain.
We were vey nervous about the removal process, the time it takes, the amount of stuff and will it all fit etc. Liz & Michael were so reassuring and put us right at ease.
The removal on the day went very well. The guys arrived early and were away filling the wagon in no time. All very friendly and did a great job at wrapping and protecting the fragile items. Experts at maneuvering sofas and large items around corners and down stairs etc.
Our completion took our solicitors most of the day. We had the Marriott guys waiting until 4pm until we finally got the keys. The team were not only happy to wait, they also helped our previous owners move the final bits out of their house!... Not once did we get an complaints or pressure to try and hurry things along.
We were extremely happy with the service we were provided and definitely worth the price we paid.Read more
