We used CM removals recently after we had been let down by another company, and I honestly can't thank them enough. From the moment we got in touch, Tim and his team were professional, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled with ease and efficiency thanks to their calm, can do attitude.
They arrived right on time, worked quickly but carefully, and treated all our belongings with the utmost care. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as we needed. It's rare to find a company that’s not only reliable but also genuinely friendly and supportive.

Andy and Paul, who work for CM Removals were nothing short of amazing on my moving day. They went above and beyond to make sure I was both packed up securely and settled the other side. Not only were they extremely hardworking, careful and efficient - they were kind and calming influences. On such a stressful day, they were lovely and supportive people to have around. I can’t recommend them enough! Book them - they are reliable and put you at ease.

Avoid this company …. Worst company I have ever dealt with. So much damage and the owner Tim Bear avoided me for 7 weeks hoping I would go away …. I had to call 3 times a day and after 7 weeks he eventually sent me the insurance firm. I am still having to start legal action due to him not providing services in line with quote AVOID please don’t make the same mistake I did.

CM removals are definitely one of the cheaper companies. We were buying and selling so moving out and moving in on the same day. When Tim came to quote he said he would supply 2 vans. He was very understanding and accommodating when our moving dates kept getting pushed back. On the day he didn’t arrive until after 10 with just him and one other man. He took items from different rooms so it was tricky to try and do a final vacuum and tidy as rooms weren’t really emptied. At 1230, the house was only about 3/4 clear and the second van hadn’t arrived. When I said time was getting on, Tim said we had until 1, and I had to point out it was now 1230. Tim seemed unaware that all UK solicitors shut between 1-2, and no money would be transferred during that time. We eventually got the keys to our new house and were in about 3, but the people we were buying from had vacated before 12, so if Tim and crew had made an earlier start, we would have been in before lunch. I can’t fault how hard they worked, nothing was damaged, but it was very stressful on the day.Read more

I recently used this removal firm and couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were extremely efficient, handling everything with great care and professionalism. All of my furniture and belongings were carefully packed, dismantled, and reassembled without a single issue.
I had a particularly tricky triple wardrobe that had to be taken down two flights of narrow stairs. Even once dismantled, It seemed almost impossible, but they worked out a solution, and managed to get it out without causing any damage.
All three team members (Dave, Paul and Andy) were incredibly polite, helpful, and clearly experienced. No job was too difficult for them, and their positive attitude made the whole moving process so much less stressful. I honestly couldn’t have done it without them and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a reliable and professional removal service.

Despite a hiccup on packing day due to staff sickness, which couldn’t be helped - on moving day the team of guys who did our move were absolutely bloody brilliant. They were so kind, helpful, and above all, they worked SO hard to get everything packed up and unloaded for us. We are so grateful for all their hard work and kindness towards our kids and dog (which they also had to work around at various points throughout the day!) A really brilliant Team.
