We used Move it last Wednesday for our move to Southend. We last used them 12 years ago to move into Leigh On Sea. It was really nice to see some of the same team who moved us all that time ago, still with the firm, which speaks volumes. It took us 4 weeks to pack up, and they had our house cleared in 2 hours, it really was amazing. We have now unpacked everything and absolutely nothing was missing or damaged in anyway. If you are looking for a professional Mover then pay the money and get Move it, it's worth every penny to take the stress away. Thanks so much to Ricky, Dean, Steve, Wayne and Mike, absolutely top drawer service.

I have used Move it 3 times, every time I could not fault them, they were very punctual great with communication very friendly and very informative, they supply all that you need to pack and have extra services. My most recent move was completed by Dean, Mick, Mike, Dan and Ben were vary professional and worked really hard I would definitely recommend

We chose Moveit out of 3 companies we got quotes from and we are so pleased we did. Steve, Dean, Mark and Wayne (The A Team😀) were absolutely brilliant, we can't rate them highly enough. From the way they set up protection in our home to how quickly and efficiently they loaded and unloaded the truck. They were respectful and hardworking from beginning to end. Unlike the removal men the people whose house we were moving into who were just a man with a van type set up who were slow and ineffective, that meant us having to wait to move into our new home even though we had already completed. It really made us realise you get what you pay for. Moveit may not be the cheapest but they are the best. Can't recommend them enough.

Exceptional service given by all staff at “move it “ from Ricky to the office staff (Lisa) and all the removal men . It was a two step process from moving my elderly father’s / mothers contents into move it storage in August and then into a property 2 1/2 hours away in Hampshire in December , his contents alone were challenging due to the large volume of outside contents which had to be transported and lifted .
The second step was to move ourselves plus them to two separate properties ( next door ) in Hampshire from Essex . We had two moving dates due to the large amount of stuff - one for them ( out of storage) and one for us . The move for us which involved preparation of one day prior to the date where the contents were loaded went very smoothly and all staff were extremely, professional, helpful and happy . The planning that went into the process from Ricky was above what I expected. Due to moving into a rural area with tight access down narrow lanes he had contacted a local farmer to ensure the staff / vehicles could be kept overnight ( 2 day move due to distance ) and only a short distance away from our new home to trans ship some of the contents plus viewing numerous videos of the lanes / entry points. We even had help from the local farmer with some of the containers that had to be moved to a barn on the property ! Both moving in days went smoothly as staff were there very early in their lorry’s waiting for the keys . We had numerous chats beforehand and good communication on the day whilst we were driving to the property . All packaging prior to move was dropped off quickly .
This is a company that go beyond a normal service and especially with any relocation it took a lot of stress out of the process which had already been very stressful .
Special mention to the staff that moved my dad/ mum - Mark / Dean / Steve M / Luke .

I was extremely pleased with the way that my move from 42 Rayleigh Avenue to 3 Crown Heights was managed on 13th November.
The gentleman who packed up my belongings the day before was diligent and careful with everything.
The 3 Removal men on the actual day were Wayne, Dean and Mark.
They checked with me at all stages and were very polite and helpful. Everything was handled with care.
I was recommended to Move It by a relative who recently moved from a house into a flat - Dilys Hand.
I will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone who is moving house.

With huge, huge thanks to Mark, Dan P and Wayne, who are complete legends, I’ve had another successful move with Move It. These guys were incredible, hard working, rapid, patient and really went the extra mile. Moving is always stressful but Move It definitely take the edge off from booking through to the move. I’ve used them a squillion times and I will only ever use them. I can’t recommend them enough.
