The team and Matt were fantastic and made every effort to accommodate my ever-changin move date. On the day they were punctual, kind and professional. Would highly recommend!

The worst experience.
Using them was a huge mistake and made the whole move incredibly stressful.
From the rascist comments of one of the removal people on the day and hugely inappropriate behaviour and comments towards me personally, to the gaslighting, rudeness and unprofessionalism of the man who owns the company AFTER I was committed (being told I was confused, tiresome and talking nonsense when I raised concerns and having the phone put down on me) and ALL that went in between I can only advise you not to use them.
Take the extra stress out and hire any other company.

I used Abbots to move out of my place in Tring, stored my belongings for 3.5 months, and moved to my new home in Southend. Great experience, fantastic team who were super friendly and professional. Back office super helpful and easy. Highly recommend!

Honestly a very pleasant experience all around. The team were easy to work with, no hassle, no damaged items and everything arrived. Nothing was too much for them and they even waited an hour when we accidently locked our self out of the house. Great team and I would highly recommend for anyone looking for movers.
