Matthew, Martin and the team were first rate during my move, which was a very emotonal time for me. They were hard-working, patient and went the extra mile to help. I'd recommend Abbotts to anyone!

We used Abbotts Removals for our recent house move. The move date kept moving and Matthew was very accomodating. On the day the team worked so hard emptying the old house quickly and efficiently. They were all lovely and friendly and made sure all the boxes and furniture ended up in the correct rooms at the new house. They were competitively priced and I would recommend them to anyone locally looking for removals.

The owner was very rude over the phone. We had agreed a certain amount for the house to carry only 2 things to a distance of 5minutes from the property. The stuff told me they would be getting a drink on my time for the removal even still it was within the hour i had requested for them. The owner changed me twice the amount we had agreed prior to removal. Tried to resolve it with him but had the phone dropped on me on several times. He later came to give him a reduced amount still almost £30 over. I had to pay it to just get the staff of my property. The owner was very unprofessional and very rude. Use at your own risk. Complete waste of time and energy. I would not recommend them at all. The staff was great though. Handled my stuff very well and they were friendly.

Moving day is one of the most stressful days in your life. Choosing the right removals company is therefore extremely important. We looked around and instantly clicked with Abbotts. Led by Matthew in the office, John on the ground and Martin on the day, we were very impressed. Martin led the guys very well. They came the day before to pack up a van which helped a great deal. On the day, we were all packed up by 11.30am with no stress and lots of good humour! Unloading was just as smooth. The guys helped to assemble a bunk bed and beds in record time (thanks Ryan!). We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Abbotts.
