We were sending only a part-load so we had to fit in with their schedule for picking u and delivery. Once a date had been agreed, they came on time to load up our stuff. Delivery came a couple of weeks later - all present and correct. There were no extra or hidden charges above the price initially agreed. Overall a good and stress-free experience.
