I had an excellent experience with Premier Move. Moving is usually incredibly stressful, but the team made it look easy. They arrived right on time, worked with incredible speed, and were professional from start to finish. Not a single item was damaged, and they placed everything exactly where I wanted it in the new house. They were polite, patient with my requests, and went above and beyond to make sure nothing was scratched. Truly excellent service

I recently used Premier Move. While the service was generally good, I was very disappointed with how they handled large furniture. Instead of disassembling the wardrobe to move it into the bedroom, they attempted to force it through, ultimately leaving it stuck in the hallway. In the process, they damaged the handrails, walls, and even the ceiling. I didn't notice the damages at that time and just paid in full. I contacted the Premier Move later for a solution and they promised they would help me with the repairs. However, there's no further contact after that conversation for almost half a month.
