Recently used GoodMove for a move out of London which included putting some items into storage. From the moment I first made contact, the company were responsive, commercial and personable. On the day, Jamie and Elliot did a fantastic job - especially considering that we were moving out from a difficult location on a busy London street with parking restrictions. They were conscientious, helpful and upbeat throughout the day - impressive given that they were moving items between two flats without lifts. Couldn't have asked for more - very highly recommend.

I needed removers for some bulky items of furniture that were left in our flat, I live oversees and it had been very difficult getting quotes from the local and national 'furniture disposal companies'. I then remembered Goodmove as I was an estate agent in Essex and Suffolk for 10 years and I always recommended Goodmove to clients. As expected, from the moment I made contact, they were absolutely fantastic throughout. The whole process from my initial enquiry to completion of the removals took three days. The company Administrator, Angela, was amazing handling my quote and invoice and guided me through the entire process and kept me up to date at every step- this was particularly reassuring given I was not in the country to manage the move myself. On the move day itself, Simon and James were very professional and worked very well with our letting agent to get access into the property. The process was very well executed and most importantly, stress-free for me! Thank you for your ongoing excellence and customer service Goodmove! I will be continuing to recommend you, wherever I am in the world.Read more

I'm so pleased that we used Goodmove for our house move! The team showed up in good time with two large vans so there was no stress about there being not enough room for everything. They had plenty of covers to go over our furniture to keep it well protected. They put down carpet runners at both the old and new houses so even though it was raining outside there was very minimal mess that was walked in. The team were polite and respectful and the whole moving day was stress free because of them. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to recommend and thank Gary, Jake, Finley, Ashton and Chris for their help.
From the start Jake managed the whole traffic situation really well and what I thought was going to be a headache was sorted straight away.
It's difficult to describe the logistics of my move but I may bed from a house to a third floor flat. It was managed brilliantly. Gary, Finley and Jake were fantastic - I really appreciate all the hard work that they put in to get them up those steps and into the flat.
There positive attitude and experience turned the day around from my perspective, so thank you again.
I would highly recommend their service.

I would 100% recommend this company. As moving house is expensive in general, if you're hesitating as to whether to pay a company or try and hire vans/move yourself, I would really encourage you to just pay the money and to use GoodMove. I can actually say that moving day wasn't stressful for me at all, the team did a fantastic job and were super speedy and careful. It was well worth the price and to be honest, now I know how good the service was, I would say it is worth more.
