Superb service - 100% reliable, 100% trustworthy and 100% professional. Uplifted a huge amount of garden waste over two days - Angela is a real grafter and so easy to work with. Sharon and team are excellent at what they do. Very responsive when messaging and provide competitive prices compared to other companies. They’re SEPA registered for peace of mind as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their waste removal services.

We have used SM Van services regularly for the past 3 years through work. Sharon and Angela always go above and beyond and have help me out many times at short notice. All my customers are delighted with their work and many have gone on to use them directly too! Awesome service and they are just lovely to deal with too - thank you!!

Can’t recommend SM Van Services enough, I had 2 previous companies let me down for the removal of a hot tub and fridge. Once I was in contact with Sharon she stayed in contact and was here at the time she had advised. We weren’t able to remove the hot tub initially but Sharon came back and helped break the hot tub into parts and removed it at no extra cost. The service was impeccable and I will be using the company again for my business. Would just like to thank both Sharon and her colleagues again for all the assistance and sorting this headache out for me in the matter of days compared to weeks which is what happened with other companies.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT USE!!!! I had arranged for moving of furniture and on the day was told the men would be 1.5 hours late. When I tried to contact the team I was told the guys were 'on their way' ' Round the corner' ' ten minutes away' then my phone calls started being cancelled and the men finally arrived after 5pm when original job was scheduled for 1pm. Very little in the way of an apology and no consideration for the time wasted! utterly disgusted and definitely would not recommend!
On arrival was told were held up at another job therefore updates being given of being on their way and round the corner etc were complete lies! unacceptable service or lack there of really! I would definitely advise against using this service if you are looking for professional and on time service.
