All the material has arrived broken, they take no responsibility and use third parties that in turn uses third parties themselves to provide the service. It is a completely broken chain where no one takes responsibility for delays or broken material.

The only one that provided shipping through ship (and not airplane) which is much cheaper than any other. They provided all material for packing!
