I chose this company because they were said to be York based and offered furniture assembly/disassembly.
The quote said 'This will include LWB Luton Vans with a 4-man operation'
In the end 2 lads from Bradford arrived, who seemed lacking in experience. Yes - just 2. No wonder it strayed into a 5th hour for an additional £90 hourly charge.
One of them said he's not looking forward to putting together the beds because he's never done one before. And the other was seen standing with the sole of his shoe against the hallway wall and multiple times had to be reminded that a particular tool belongs to us that he was about to take away.
Be aware that their T&C's say that you have to pay the initial 4 hours (£360) as soon as they arrive at the pickup point i.e. before the job is even started, which to me seems unreasonable and such a key term should be mentioned explicitly in the quote, rather than hidden in the T&Cs on the website. Otherwise what's to say you aren't risking them abandoning the job as soon as they get the money?
They also try getting you to purchase insurance against any damage they may cause to your goods. Surely they should hold indemnity against damage they cause.
The only slight positive is when I was helping with the unloading, one of the guys handed me the lighter/less tricky things down from the van to be carrying up the stairs while they sort out the more challenging items. But there wouldn't have been the faintest need for this if there had been 4 of them as paid for.

The team moved a piano for us from Yorkshire to London - it was a squeeze getting the piano in at its destination (but the guys worked very hard and were cheerful throughout) it now looks perfect in its new home. Thank you.
