Despite seeing some horror reviews, we were reassured that under new stewardship all we be fine, the movers who came to our house were polite, friendly and very efficient and loaded our belongings in super quick time.
Everything got delivered from the UK to Spain in 8 days, with no visible damage or missing items, out only qualm was that we didn't know when it was being delivered which caused a small issue as no one was at the property when they arrived.
Overall would highly recommend these guys, excellent value for money and a very good service.

Awful experience. Do not use this company as they are liars and have damaged some of my goods.
Will not provide proof of customs as tried to ask for more money claiming my furniture was heavier than originally quoted. If did not pay new amount, I would not receive my furniture. Tried to ask for proof of weight through customs, as it is my right, however completely ignoring me since.
Kept moving delivery dates and tried to deliver past 8pm when I am 38 weeks pregnant and have a 19 months toddler. When hiring help, this could not be done at 8pm but Simpsons did not care and kept pushing for furniture to be delivered past 8pm. Had to call the police as this was unacceptable. After being told the police was involved, they agreed to deliver the following day at 8am. The delivery guy put all furniture at the front of the house and left. I then had to ask my mum, who is over 60 years old, to help me, to move heavy furniture.

I was not given my move time until the day before the move, after negotiating for a move and storage they delivered the whole of the content of my flat to a provisional address without notification I wasn’t even there

departure on July 30, expected arrival in Spain at the storage in Malaga on August 9. My furniture was taken down without the protection of the white leather headboard, pushed onto the floor of the truck, as well as the leather bed base and the mattress of the same color. On the 8th they called me to tell me that the quote was not good and they asked me for an extension of £470 in addition to the £2200 already paid. If I don't pay, they don't deliver. So I pay. The next day message we do not deliver the drivers have caught the covid, so wait 8 more days, but in Malaga the feria begins all the storages closed for 8 days. Conclusion delivery on August 24th. THEFT IN MY DELIVERY which had to change truck and delivered by non-English people, STOLEN LED TV VERY LARGE GOLDEN GLASS broken light fixture and black dirt mattress as well as the bed base

Terrible, Simpsons Removals send you a low quote then once they have all your furniture and personal belongings ask you to pay 75% more. They can’t even write proper english, mixing up the cm and m3 ànd don’t send you receipt once you paid. Never use them
