Items missing, items damaged, workers disappear for hours with no explanation. Did not complete the whole job.
Cannot recommend this company at all which is a shame because reviews are really positive.
Perhaps more care and a little customer service training will go a long way?!

Came to the rescue for a fast track removal to help me complete on time. Then when an onward move fell through, took it in their stride. The team helped me enormously with flexibility, packing and last minute storage. Responsive, and reliable. Highly recommended.

Peter and the team from Castles were absolute legends! House moving is a stressful business, but they took the pain out of it and - wow - do they deliver. Our move could not have gone better thanks to their experience and expertise. Kevin, Charlie, Ben, Will and Louis all deserve a name check for the couple of days graft they put in. Would not hesitate to recommend Castles if you want to take the stress out of moving.
