Have recently settled into my new home. Had chosen Family Movers as my son had used them and said they were excellent.
From start to finish, they were brilliant. All the furniture was individually covered and taken great care of. The guys were professional, friendly and well organised. Kevin in particular went above and beyond in making it a stress free experience. I would highly recommend this company.

What an excellent service. It was a busy week for them at the end of March but nothing was too much trouble Everyone was very helpful from the youngest (16 yrs) upwards. I used their services over three days and saw about nine different members of staff who were all polite and helpful including the office staff. My neighbours were also very impressed having used a different removers two years previous. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

Couldn’t ask for more! Family Movers helped us with our international move and can’t recommend them highly enough. We were not local to Dereham but that was no problem. Everything went to plan. Very helpful and professional service. Big shout out to Nathan, Aaron, Ben and Kev who took great care of the properties either end, the packing, loading and moving everything. Really felt assured by the end to end service, meant such a lot. We were kept informed of everything that was needed to complete our big move. Hugh, hugh thanks to Hayley and Iona for the very professional customer services help, advice, support and moral support and the work to navigate Customs processes and requirements. You went above and beyond. You kept us going! Nothing was too much trouble. We wish you all continued success.

I can highly recommend Family Movers for your moving needs. They were fantastic with us with a difficult sale we were going through, our dates moved multiple times but they were so accommodating with any changes and understood our worries. They are so family oriented and were fantastic with my 4 year old son.
We will definitely be using them when required in the future.
