Very good, very efficient and work to a high standard. The guys turned up 30 mins early and covered doors and floors before even starting the move. All furniture was packed by them before moving and then unwrapped once in situ.
They were all finished by 4.30 and apart from the house now being full of boxes and furniture, you would not have known they had been.
Can't forget the office staff who were always helpful, and kept us informed at all stages of the process.
Highly recommended

I am a ‘serial mover’ this was my 6th international move and I would say it was the best experience. We had a complicated situation with things to be picked up from 3 different locations. It made it very difficult to get other companies to give a reasonable quote without multiple ‘in person visits, video calls’ etc etc. it was not a problem for Family Movers! Being a family business there are no ‘computer says no’ situations, all problems are swiftly resolved and flexible solutions found. The transfer went smooth, team was always on time, well organised and careful with our things. Great communication from Tammy. Wholeheartedly recommend Family Movers.

This is our third house move with The Family Movers and they were outstanding from start to finish. We ended up with a last minute, unexpected 2 week period of time between leaving our old house and our new one being ready and Andy was incredible. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them. The movers work incredibly hard and were thoughtful, careful and polite. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Amazing move from Suffolk to Kent. Kevin and Ben were incredible, weather was horrendous on delivery but they never once complained. A pleasure to have in our home, friendly,cared for our possessions. Kevin was always up for a cuppa. 😁. No damage whatsoever. Would highly recommend. And if you get Kevin and Ben on your move,they work brilliantly together as a team.

So easy! So pleasant! So professional! Family movers moved our items from Oxford to Tuscany without a fuss. Included a grand piano and multiple addresses for pick up. Thanks for a great job. Really appreciated your hard work - really fabulous stuff!

We have been very impressed with the way family movers do business and would highly recommend them. Moving home is stressful especially when moving to a different country. We contacted a number of companies for quotes, giving them all the same information but boy did we get very different responses from them. Family movers were one of only two that personally visited us in Weston super Mare to quote. Andy the owner put us at ease explaining about how they work and pre-empted all our questions.
The crews that collected and delivered our items were amazing. Our belongings were stored in their warehouse for almost a year before we were ready for them to be delivered. During that time we were in regular contact with the admin staff and they truly make you feel like one of the family, readily responding to queries and proving information.
We would strongly suggest you check them out for yourselves and am sure you won't be disappointed.
