My only suggestion for improvement regards the booking system: it would be much more convenient if the platform showed live availability. The current used ‘request-then-confirm' process results in the money being held for up to four days if the booking is declined, this can be a financial inconvenience when trying to secure an alternative rental somewhere else.
How i said everything about this is clearly stated online, so no fault to the company. Next time we would enquire by phone first to find out if the car is available, before making the booking, that should sort our problem.
