Our experience of a recent 2-day move mirrors that of what has already been said here on previous reviews. Symons removals are indeed a close family business offering a 1st class personal service at competitive prices. We award full credit to all members of this highly professional team. We have used Symons 3 times now for removals/storage. They are very professional and efficient. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Our move took 6 months and was extremely stressful and difficult but Denise and the team were great and stepped in to help each step of the way. Everything was packed well and unloaded and placed just where we wanted it. Brilliant company and would highly recommend. Big thanks to Denise, Chris and the lads!

We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Symons & Son. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The team arrived right on time, handled all of our belongings with great care, and made what could have been a stressful moving day feel completely smooth and organised.
They worked quickly and took extra care with fragile items. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process.
I would highly recommend Symons & Son to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy removal company.

I highly recommend Symons and Son if you're looking for a professional and kind removal service and/or storage.
We decided to use them, as we were moving with a 3-month-old and needed the extra help. They turned out to be a godsend. Our onward chain didn't work out, so we had to change our plans last minute. Denise and her team were very accommodating with our changes, providing additional storage space and distributing our items across two locations with no fuss. They were always on time, very professional, and fast.
Overall, they are a lovely family-owned company that is easy to communicate with and makes moving enjoyable with their upbeat and positive attitude.

We had a massive move from Lincolnshire to Devon.
We opted for Symonds & Son after discussions with Denise and making use of their local knowledge of the location we were moving to (narrow lanes and limited access).
3 vans arrived at our old home and the team made sort work of packing all of our furniture and possessions.
They work as a fantastic team and take great care to pack everything with great care.
The same was true when unpacking and unloading.
We cannot thank them enough for their care and professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a 5 Star removal company.

If you are moving house and puzzled over which removal company to use, I thoroughly & 100 per cent recommend Symons & Son in Bideford. This family company offer an incredible service with really useful advice prior to moving. Our move had it's complications due to others in the chain, however nothing was too much trouble for the Symons crew. I am so pleased to have been advised to use Symons. Thank you.
