Very smooth moving process, even with some hiccups like my lift not working Adam and his colleague were very amiable. Also on time and affordable.

Fantastic service from MooveIt! The team were friendly, professional, punctual, and took great care with all of our belongings. Excellent service from Mooveit Removals from start to finish. The team arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and took great care with all of our belongings. The move was completed efficiently with no stress at all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable removal company. Thank you!

After a conversation with Adam from mooveit I was given a fixed price for my in-laws to be moved. We were advised after telling them what needed to be moved that everything would fit and it would be 1 van load. This wasnt the case and they put minimal on the van to try and get them to pay another £500 for another van load. They waited not even an hour at the new property before saying that there would be an hourly charge for them being sat about and then proceeded to leave everything in their back garden. They tried saying it was mis communication but it wasnt. They tried to rob an elderly couple of money knowing they are vulnerable. They have ripped a mattress and broken a wardrobe. I highly recommend that people DO NOT use this company. Not even 3 hours work and then trying to charge them an additional £50 an hour. I have texts saying the cost was £500 and it states fixed fee which clearly wasnt the case! Absolute joke!! Imagine not even giving it an hour before leaving an elderly couple with all their belongings in their back garden! Definitely not to be trusted and not reliable at all. Amazing service from Adam and the guys. Helped me move from Bentley to Balby. We didn’t get confirmation of the house completion until last minute but Adam was great and checked in regularly. They turned up when they said they would and just started taking boxes and loading the van. Moved a load of furniture with little fuss and no marks or damage to either the furniture or either property. All in all it took just 2 and a half hours to load, move and unload at the new house. They made a massively stressful day a lot less stressful. Would highly recommend.
