Disappointing Service – High-Value Damages & Unresolved Insurance Claim
We recently used Williams & Yates for an international relocation from London to Singapore. Given their strong online reputation and high ratings, our expectations were high. Unfortunately, the overall experience was deeply disappointing.
While the initial coordination and packing team in London seemed efficient, the end result fell far short of professional standards:
Item Damage:
Multiple high-value, sensitive items arrived damaged. For a long-haul international move, we expected far greater care in protective wrapping and handling.
Insurance Claim in Limbo:
Dealing with the aftermath has been the most frustrating part. While I was late in submitting the claim. The insurance claim process has dragged on with little to no progress, leaving resolution entirely in limbo. If there is no means of getting any compensation for missing the submission deadline, at least have the decency to state it upfront rather than dragging it for weeks.
When paying for a premium moving service, you expect both the physical care of your possessions and the after-sales support to match. Sadly, neither delivered in our case. I would advise anyone moving high-value items internationally with them to proceed with caution.Read more

Williams and Yates were outstanding from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and Dylan in particular went above and beyond. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and the quality of their work exceeded expectations. It’s rare to find a team that combines expertise with such great customer service, but Williams and Yates absolutely deliver. Highly recommend them.
