Our initial contact with A1 was very efficient, friendly and straightforward. Our removal day from start to finish went very smoothly. The men worked non-stop, were prompt, good-natured and careful. They arrived next day before us at our new house and once again worked in the same efficient manner and put everything where we wanted it. We couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience. The receptionist in the office who arranged everything was also very helpful and friendly.

Excellent service from start to finish quote was sent through quickly at a very reasonable price and on moving day arrived on time. Three men to load very organized and worked very hard on arrival at new house an additional man to help unload. All our belongings put in correct rooms neatly and wardrobes reassembled . I would highly recommend this A1 removals. Annie in the office was really helpful with quote and communicating with us regards to process and what was happening and when.

A1 helped us with our fairly recent move (BH weekend), they even price matched! Annie and John were extremely helpful in the pre-booking phase. Our move was a downsize and therefore they undertook our move, emptying our departure home over two days and relocating our items into our new home within a day. We were very lucky as we had a small chain and got the keys before midday. The team worked really hard and had to lift some particularly heavy items with only one of our items being broken, however they kept us informed and have had it repaired & returned to us.
Very happy with their service, would certainly recommend (and have done to my brother in law who I understand is now using them for an impending move)

Absolutely superb. From the moment the lovely Annie arranged it all at short notice to the point at which Blake even made our bed for us! Lovely guys ...efficient, extremely courteous and great fun. Who'd have thought that anyone would mention fun in a house move! (Only complaint I have is that I still can't find the Vegemite🤣)

My wife and I have just moved home for the sixteenth time over our 57 years together . This final move has been the most professional . From the booking right through to placing everything where we wanted at 78 was greatly appreciated . Five star excellent company made our forever home to move into the best
