Terrible service, beds left loose, some items meant for upstairs where left downstairs, fridge was damaged and they're not willing to get it repaired etc

JMC damaged our property during the removal through the irresponsible and lazy practice of the supervisor/manager, [name removed by Sirelo], failing to properly wrap our mattress. The subsequent damage (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAnaOXHjZ1c) wasn't addressed by [name removed by Sirelo], who fled the scene, had to be pushed to refer to his insurance, lied openly to them (they paid up on viewing the video minus the excess) and now [name removed by Sirelo] refuses to pay the excess and answer any emails. If something goes wrong, [name removed by Sirelo] will lie and avoid paying. I'm now taking him to the small claims court. BUYER BEWARE - HE HAS A HISTORY OF SIMILAR BEHAVIOUR. HE'S A COWBOY.
