Approached the company regarding a potential removal - was suggested storage instead. Unhelpful, hostile and impolite over the phone. It may probably be a one-off incident, but difficult to see how this attitude would help out the business.

Blackhall helped us move within Edinburgh. They were fantastic throughout, from getting the initial quote to moving us on the day. Would highly recommend and use again.

The company moved us out, stored our contents for 5 months then moved us into our new property. They were extremely considerate and professional in every aspect of the moves. Highly recommend Blackhall Moving and Storage Ltd. Would not ignore the level of expertise you get.

We have recently used Blackhall removals, and everything went well. The team was very professional from the first email until picking up the boxes a few days after moving. Everything went very smoothly.

Recently used Blackhall to relocate to a new office. Efficient, excellent professional and patient service, and we enjoyed the company of Simon and his team on site.
