Absolutely on time, and smooth moving. Didn’t have to lift a finger. Right from first contact to booking, very easy communication.

Absolutely terrific service from the team. Made what is undoubtedly one of the stressful days as simple as it could possibly be. Everything was moved from my old house with precision and care , and transported to the new address seamlessly. Honestly couldn’t recommend the team enough, respectful, helpful polite and a superb attention to detail. I would recommend them 100%. So appreciative.

Waters Removals came highly recommended to me, and I can completely see why. From the very beginning, Alice was lovely and unbelievably helpful with the quote, booking and organising everything, making what could have been a stressful process feel really straightforward.
On moving day, the team were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and unbelievably quick, while still taking great care with all of my belongings. They made the whole move so much easier, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Waters Removals to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient and genuinely lovely company. Thank you all!

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Alice was really nice when she visited us at home explained the procedure. On the day of the move from start the finish it was great. The removal men were fantastic asked where everything was going. Nothing was any bother for them. We were out of house and in to bungalow in two hours. Fantastic would definitely have Waters again. I would definitely recommend waters for removal and any other requirements. From start to finish they were efficient, prompt, and quick to respond to any questions that I had. The removal day went so smoothly I couldn’t have asked for more. I had 100 miles to transport my furniture etc and nothing was damaged or broken in transit. They were very careful and very helpful to make my day less stressful which is priceless. Thank you Alice, Ollie and Kevin you are the best!!

Got in touch and found availability quite late in the day, as it turned out.
Fortunately, brilliantly fortunately, they took me on after quoting through an easy video call. On the day they arrived perfectly on time and immediately got going following a quick look round.
Then comes the truly praiseworthy stage. Moving into the new property has difficulties if you're just bringing in a a bag of shopping, but the twists and turns, and many, many, very many stairs leading up to it had me concerned beforehand that I'd be being held accountable for death by furniture at some point after!
The organisation, the effort, the execution of getting all my stuff in and just right was far beyond satisfactory, far beyond Roy Keane's 'well, that's what you pay for' kinda thing.
The fella's were polite, pleasant, kind, considerate and, even while panting and dripping, funny and engaging.
With my hand on my heart, I could not recommend these people highly enough.
