Got in touch and found availability quite late in the day, as it turned out.
Fortunately, brilliantly fortunately, they took me on after quoting through an easy video call. On the day they arrived perfectly on time and immediately got going following a quick look round.
Then comes the truly praiseworthy stage. Moving into the new property has difficulties if you're just bringing in a a bag of shopping, but the twists and turns, and many, many, very many stairs leading up to it had me concerned beforehand that I'd be being held accountable for death by furniture at some point after!
The organisation, the effort, the execution of getting all my stuff in and just right was far beyond satisfactory, far beyond Roy Keane's 'well, that's what you pay for' kinda thing.
The fella's were polite, pleasant, kind, considerate and, even while panting and dripping, funny and engaging.
With my hand on my heart, I could not recommend these people highly enough.
At least 6 out of 5 stars.

We contacted Waters removals to carry out our house move. Alice visited promptly to give us advice and a quote. We were offered a number of options and accepted a competitive quote. Due to the normal unforeseen circumstances when moving, we were delayed by a week. Despite this and with little notice they were still able to provide service. Much to our relief. The lads that turned up were very friendly and accommodating. The weather was diabolical but despite the rain they plodded on. They were careful with our contents and took care to put blankets on the carpets and offered assistance over and above. We would certainly recommend Waters for your transport and storage needs.

Everything from initial video viewing/quote with Alice to my actual move was punctual, efficient, friendly and top notch. Price was super competitive too. Couldn't be happier with everyone and my entire move. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this company. Great service from Alice, Ollie and their team.
We used their storage facilities while waiting for our new home completion date.
On the day of the move, all involved worked really hard. They were very organised, professional and extremely helpful.

Waters removals are very professional and thorough. We had 3 vans and 5 very courteous and respectful strong men to move out furniture from Stafford to Shropshire. They worked tirelessly and carefully, always smiling, wanting to make sure we were happy with everything. This made our move easy, and strange as it may seem, enjoyable! Alice was very friendly and helped us choose the right removal package. She was extremely patient and accommodating as the proposed completion date was changed from the original agreed day. Thank you to everyone involved.

My husband and myself have just used Waters for our removals into our new bungalow. From start to finish they were helpful, reliable and professional. Olly and the guys did an amazing job and we can't thank them enough for all that they did. We would definitely recommend Waters for your removals.
