Very pleased with the Senu service—easy to get a quote and arrange collection, reliable and responsive to queries, with reasonable prices and flexible options. Delivery was prompt with no delays. 💡! Based on my experience, If you are not directly handover your parcel to Senu office, I recommend dropping parcels at your nearest UK Post Office with the assigned barcode, because internal courier pick-up reliability may vary depending on the individual assigned. This approach ensured my parcel was handled correctly when local collection fell short. 🙏 AYUBOWAN

Absolutely Outstanding Service - Seamless UK to Sri Lanka Delivery!
I recently used SENU SHIPPING LTD. to send parcels from the UK to my family Sri Lanka homes, and I am absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of perfect.
First and foremost, the booking process was incredibly easy and straightforward. I was able to get a quote quickly and understand all the costs involved upfront, with no hidden surprises.
The communication throughout the process was exceptional. I received regular updates on the status of my parcels, and their customer service team was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable. They truly kept me informed every step of the way, which provided great peace of mind.
Most importantly, my parcels had arrived to my family 2 houses in Sri Lanka safely and in perfect condition, and even faster than I anticipated! The estimated delivery time was 10 Days and the actual delivery time was 5 Days. It is significantly faster. This is particularly impressive considering the distance involved.
The value for money was also excellent. I felt the price I paid was very reasonable for such a reliable and efficient international delivery service.

I had a very pleasant experience with Senu Shipping. They were extremely professional in handling all my queries and showed great patience, especially since it was my first time sending a parcel from the UK to Sri Lanka. The parcel was collected from my house as agreed and dispatched on the promised date. To my surprise, it was delivered in less than a week!
