It was my first time using a cargo shipping service in my life, and it was with SENU Shipping. I’m really happy to say that the service was amazing—friendly staff, reasonable cost, minimum service time, and excellent door-to-door service. It was a great experience.

Senu Shipping – Very Unfair Pricing
We have used Senu Shipping 3 times to send parcels from the UK to Sri Lanka without issues. However, when we wanted to send from Sri Lanka to the UK, their pricing was very dishonest and unfair.
From the UK, they quoted LKR 2000 per kg for shipments over 11 kg, but when our contacts in Sri Lanka called, they were told LKR 1450 per kg for the same shipment. This huge difference is misleading and they were dishonet, so we decided not to go ahead.
Be careful – their prices are not reliable.

I am extremely disappointed with Senu Shipping. I sent a parcel from the UK to Sri Lanka, and when it finally arrived, several items were missing. I immediately contacted them, but their response was unhelpful and dismissive. They took no responsibility for the loss and offered no proper resolution. This was not only frustrating but also a huge breach of trust. I will never use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone who values their belongings or expects even basic customer service.

I have used Senu Shipping twice to send packages, and both times the service was seamless and trouble free. Mr. Janaka maintained excellent communication throughout the process. This is a reliable service for sending packages to your loved ones. I sent items to Sri Lanka, and they reached my family within 7 - 10 days,exactly as stated on thier website. Reasonable prices and great service. Highly recommended 🤗

Untrustworthy service – items stolen
I used Senu Shipping to send a parcel to Sri Lanka on 30 May. When it arrived, the box was damaged and some valuable items (worth £100) were missing. It’s clear the items were stolen during handling.
I reported it immediately. The company gave excuses and stopped responding — no refund, no proper investigation.
Very poor service. Be careful sending anything valuable with them.
