I just want to warn people to not use that company. The page looks really professional but there's one tricky question about the time we want them to come. We ordered for 10 am, nobody showed up and answer that they will come in 3 hours. At 4pm still waiting, another 3 hours as they hasn't even left yet. The owner advised us to leave the stuff on the street and they eventually would pick them uo as we had to return our flat's keys. Very professional advise isn't? In the end, we were waiting whole thay with the little baby in the puschair for the car that didn't come, we had to pay penalty fee for agency, pay extra money for moving company we ordered in last moment and we've lost our deposit because car was on the way(no it wasn't) They are using covid excuse to not do their job they've been paid for. Good luck in the court, I'm not going to leave it like this.

Absolutely horrific experience with this company. 12 hours delay for picking up my stuffs, without any special equipment for transporting motorbike. motorbike was damage during transport, but owner is blaming customer for no reason. no apologies, no compensation , owner was laughing and hang up the phone.

After doing a comprehensive search for the best local removal company in Mitcham I still was no sure which one will be the best , but I contact the Real man and van ltd. for a quote and they were extremely professional and gave me a quote with no hidden costs.Owner [name removed by Sirelo] explain to me everything what I have to do before and he was truely amazing.
On the day of moving the two lovely strong boys packed everything with a lot of care, handled all my furniture with utmost care making sure there are no scratches to the new floor. They finished the job on time.
I would highly recommend Real man and van ltd. to anyone looking for a no hidden cost quote which was very reasonable compared to others in the market. One more time big thank you [name removed by Sirelo] and wish you all the best.

Excellent Service provided. I order full service (move and packing). 1 bedroom flat was packed and stored in the van within 4.5 hours and delivered to the destination within 48 hours. Their price is brilliant and they have very skillful staff. I would recommend them any time. Very happy customer here.
