Disgraceful company that I have had the…
Disgraceful company that I have had the pleasure of having to deal with, unhelpful and not owning up to their wrongs. They were the removal company who were storing my goods. When time for delivery of my goods, items that were not previously damaged are now damaged.Then to be told we never saw it so that’s the end of that, disgusting attitude to have over people belongings that they have taken to store, why have I unpacked my TV to see they have managed to smash it and then turn round and say we never saw it so they cannot do anything. Disgraceful attitude to have with their customers, my stuffs were placed there due to a fire at my property; only to get back some of my items damaged as if I never lost enough in the fire and then have to deal with a non helpful attitude. Still awaiting one of there workers to return and fix my bed correctly as promised, what a surprise no calls made to me to get this booked in; clearly you don’t want happy customers just to make life for some harder then needs to be. I would not recommend this company to anyone if you valve your belongings.Read more
