We recently used Hilderbrands removals for our house move in Faversham.
We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Everyone was so helpful, from Penny in the office to Chris and Dave who did the move, and Pat who visited us and did the quote and answered questions etc.
The price was very reasonable too. Upon booking we received a confirmation full of useful instructions so we could best prepare for the move itself.
The day of the move it was raining quite a lot, and Chris and Dave took great care in ensuring they put blankets down in our new build to make sure that it was protected.
Overall, Fabulous job.

Hilderbrands have moved me three times in the last 6 years. They’re professional, courteous & always very helpful - accommodating me at just one weeks notice on my most recent move. The movers are always very careful with my belongings & put down proper floor protection. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We were more than happy with the Hilderbrands removals service, from initial support with finalising the move date, the packing service which was well worth the cost, to moving day which went very smoothly, all things considered. The whole team was courteous, helpful and professional. A good job, good value and would recommend.

Brilliant team, excellent at their work! I called to arrange removals at very short notice. Everything was arranged with costings and all, and went off like clock work. The packing and removals team were amazing too they worked diligently and carefully and nothing was too much trouble. From my initial contact with Pat right to our house hold contents arriving at our new home on the 9th December '24 it was a stress free great experience. Highly recommend Hilderbrands! Faversham Hilderbrands are fantastic, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a removal company, etc,
The office staff were very helpful, with any questions, as was the guy who came to wrap & box numerous items .
With regard to the guys who came for the removal of items.. well, they were absolutely fabulous , nothing was too much trouble, they were helpful, friendly, nothing was too much trouble, and very friendly.
You will not be disappointed .

The operations manager Pat was so helpful in organising the move with me, very much appreciated his flexibility and taking me through payment options when initial ones failed. On move day, the guys were absolutely fantastic and wonderful, prompt, friendly and efficient. It was my first time using an an accredited removals company and I won't be moving any other way moving forward. Very grateful to the team for making what can be a stressful experience less so. Really appreciate it.
