Hilderbrand's were excellent, and our especial thanks must go to Pat, David and Chris. We hadn't moved house for over 40 years, but they were reassuring, efficient, punctual and did a great job packing for us, and moving us to our new address, and moving half of our belongings into and out of storage. We would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone else.

Used on a recommendation and so glad we did. An excellent service, all the team were really professional and worked hard, taking the time to make sure we were happy and to be careful with all items. Also they were very friendly which put us at ease, important as moving is not something you do every day. Their experience really showed through. Thank you and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone who needs removals or storage.

Fantastic company who came to our rescue at the last minute after a torturous sale. Pat was so helpful in organising the move, but the team who did the lifting and shifting up and down the stairs were a credit to Hilderbrands. I wanted to share my feedback because I’ve been telling anyone who will listen how impressed I was! The entire experience felt both personal and professional, from the initial home visit right through to moving day. That first visit really stood out to me it built trust from the start and gave me complete reassurance that I was in safe hands with Hilderbrands.
On moving day, the team was absolutely fantastic, warm, friendly, and they didn’t let me lift a finger! My bed was a real challenge to get down the stairs and around a tight corner in my old cottage, but they didn’t give up and managed it without a scratch. I also loved the thoughtful touches, like taping the furniture keys inside the units or glass shelves, such attention to detail.
When it came to unloading, they were punctual, methodical, and took the time to place everything exactly where it needed to go. They never rushed, and that made all the difference.
I can’t remember their names, but please pass on my thanks, they were brilliant. I would highly recommend Hilderbrands to anyone, and even though I’m now in East Sussex, if I move again, I’d hope to have your team by my side.Read more

Thank you to those who helped pack our old house up and move us into our new home. They were genuinely hard working and good folk. 5 stars to them and only down a star due to very high cost and some of the pre move processing.
