I don't think that Lisa and Philip deserve 5 stars. More like 8 out of 5, at least from my perspective. Always willing to help you, they are two of the nicest persons you will find in the UK. If you are looking for storage in Kent, look no further. Safety (always comes first), convenient opening hours and, very important, excelent prices, they cover them all. Choose their services, you won't be disappointed.

Lisa and Phil are outstanding in the service they offer. If you're looking for storage then look no further! They are sooo helpful and will move heaven and earth to accommodate your needs. I honestly can't recommend them enough! We are extremely grateful for all they did for us in looking after our entire home belongings until the purchase of our new home went through. (And so nice too!!)

I have used Need a Space storage for many years since moving out of the area. Lisa and Philip have always accommodated me when I have required more or less storage, giving me the best value and service. Nothing was ever too much and over the years popping in and out they made me feel like a friend. They went the extra mile, it is their helpfulness and friendliness that makes it easy for me to give them a 5 star review. Yes it's their business but I was never made to feel like I was an awkward customer (even when I forgot how to open the containers 😊). Thanks again Lisa and Philip.

A 5 star service. Lisa couldn’t have been more kind or helpful during my recent house move, especially as it was intended for one month and ended up being almost 3 months needing storage. Need a Space are a helpful, customer focused and friendly local storage business, I would use again and recommend to anyone. Thanks Lisa.

Lisa and Phil are amazing, they really helped us out when we needed it and they couldn't be more accommodating. The container we used was perfect for us and the site is huge, well secure and very efficiently run, thoroughly recommend using Need A Space and would use again if we needed to. Thank you 😁

Need a Space is the perfect place to keep your belongings securely. Staff members are thoughtful, kind, super helpful and friendly. The prices are exceptional and the premises excellent and easy to access. I couldn’t have chosen a better storage in the whole Kent :)
