My experience with JCL was excellent, especially considering that a friend handled most of the process for me in Spain. Despite this, communication was smooth and seamless throughout. JCL was very responsive to all our questions and concerns, particularly regarding Swiss customs, which gave us peace of mind.
The driver arrived within the scheduled time at both locations and was incredibly kind, offering help with loading and, especially, unloading. Without his assistance, my friend and I would have suffered a bit.
One suggestion would be to provide a checklist (with checkboxes) for the required documentation. It’s easy to lose track of what’s been sent, and a clear list would make things even easier.
Overall, I would definitely recommend JCL Removals. Their prices are competitive, and the service is excellent.

Excellent transport agency. They supported me from the beginning, asking for all the various documents in advance to avoid problems at the border. Everything went smoothly and I was informed in advance of the various times and days of collection and delivery. The staff is very kind and attentive. They also offer the service at a fair price.

Excellent service, available for help and questions at any time. Only 1 item was broken in the removal, they are helping with insurance. Very friendly, and great communication.
