Great firm who took care of us moving into storage, managing the whole storage process and then moving us again from storage 7 weeks later. Lucas heads the team and is excellent in keeping in contact and sorting out the timing logistics. Storage fees are passed on at cost. We had Mark and Dan assisting Lucas on the final move and a different crew the first move. All were respectful and helpful while also being good fun at a stressful time. Would highly recommend.

Five stars are not enough for Lucas and the team. They provided a fantastic service from start to finish. Moving house is notoriously stressful, but they were incredibly lovely, hardworking, and exceptionally calm throughout the entire process, which completely kept our nerves at bay.
The team worked tirelessly but maintained a positive, reassuring attitude that made all the difference. If you want a removal company that combines efficiency with genuine care, I cannot recommend Willow Removals highly enough. Thank you all so much.

Of all the dramatic plot twists our house move decided to throw at us, Willow Removals were the calm, capable heroes we desperately needed. We couldn’t recommend Willow Removals enough - Lucas and the team were absolutely excellent from start to finish.
What should have been a straightforward move became incredibly difficult at the last minute, with us unexpectedly needing storage over the weekend and then having to rearrange a new moving in date the following week. Throughout it all, Lucas and his team were calm, flexible, helpful and completely reassuring.
Their care and attention with our belongings was brilliant - even with the precious avocado plant his wife nurtured over the weekend! But what really stood out was the personable, human touch. At a very stressful moment for our family, that meant everything.
I keep saying I am never moving again - but when we inevitably do, Willow Removals will be the obvious choice. A total no-brainer. I could not recommend them enough.

If I could give 10 stars, I would ⭐ From the initial enquiry I knew that I wanted to use Willow Removals for our move. Lucas is knowledgeable, friendly and always on hand to answer any questions. On the day of our move Lucas, Mark & Dan worked so hard and had us packed/unpacked efficiently and with care. I would not hesitate to recommend Willow Removals for a trustworthy and pleasant moving experience. Thanks again!!

What an amazing team Lucas has. They came and helped us at late notice and nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond and we will 100% use them again. Thanks guys!! X
