Absolutely amazing movers, in and out quick and easy then did a brilliant job connecting our dishwasher and washing machine when we thought we'd have to get a plumber out to install more plumbing.

From the very first conversation, J&M completely put me at ease. Moving house might be an everyday job for them but doing it on my own, I’d been anxious for weeks.
The whole team were absolutely brilliant, respectful, friendly, and communicative throughout. Nothing was a bother. They kept me informed at every stage and made sure I felt comfortable and reassured the entire time.

They rebuilt furniture they hadn’t even dismantled, plumbed in my appliances and actually ran them to check for leaks, and even made sure the heating was working properly before they left. James, Louise and their team made moving house easy. Always pleasant and polite, they turned up punctually each day and quickly and efficiently did their job. Everything was looked after very carefully.
The team did not leave until everything was in its place. The icing on the cake was that the bed was made just to jump into at the end of the day.

A first-rate company. Moving my Mam from her home of 62 years to her new residential care home was always going to be an emotional day.
James and Louise visited the home and completed a thorough viewing of items to be moved. A quote was provided within a few hours. Everything was explained clearly and with full transparency.
The day of the move went like clockwork. All of the team members were polite, friendly, professional, and very respectful of both the property and furnishings. Great care was taken in packing.
The crew worked very hard to ensure that everything was placed in the right rooms at the new property. They all went above and beyond in providing an exceptional service.

I cannot recommend J&M removals enough, they were absolutely brilliant with our house move yesterday. They turned up on time, were incredibly polite and took so much care over all of our belongings. They wrap up everything individually and dismantle/build furniture at each end. Very helpful at 7 months pregnant!! They honestly took the stress out of moving day for us and we will absolutely use them again. What a lovely team - thanks so much!!
