A brilliant service from start to finish. The team turned up on time, and despite heavy traffic managed to get everything unloaded and into the flat within the time frame. The men who did the removal drove carefully, and worked incredibly quickly when they arrived, they were friendly and polite and we couldn't have asked for better service. I will definitely recommend them to others. Thank you!

Damaged my furniture, they accept that it was their staff who caused the damage but refused to pay for damages. They used unprofessional guys who ripped my wardrobe apart. They caused damages beyond repair.
Was left with double wardrobe panels stacked against wall.
They lost some of the screws to my ottoman bed and left without informing me. I only discovered after they left.
Avoid them!!

I had a great experience with Removals Zone. The quote they offered was competitive. The communication and customer service were fantastic from the head office and the removal guys who came to move my belongings. I would recommend Removals Zone as a reliable, affordable and friendly service.

To be honest, I'm absolutely appalled at the service from this company. We called them to support our move, calling out that we had a large television that needed moving. They said that's fine they'll bring bubble wrap and anything needed. Having paid extra the bubble wrap, the TV arrived broken. We told the company, they claimed it could have been broken prior to the move and denied any wrongdoing. I understand mistakes happen, but the nature with which they dealt with it was astounding. They are cheap for a reason, and i would seriously caution anyone looking to move anything of value to go elsewhere. When you add in the cost of replacing the items they've transported, it's an expensive day!!!

They damaged my 65 inch TV.
Don’t hire them. They will trick you into paying more and they will break your property.
They damaged my 65 inch TV and refused to contact me for over a week now about fixing the damage and refunding me.
Every time I call them, they tell me they will call me back at the end of the day and they never do. Today, they told me that they will get back to me in 15 minutes, but I stupidly realised that they tricked me into not calling them until they closed as it was 15 minutes before 7 pm.
Simply horrible
I will report them to trading standards, citizens advise and to the Wandsworth County Court for legal actions as they literally don’t care. Do not trust them.
