1Albeit respectful interpersonal interactions with the operatives, the actions due to possible inexperience in handling bespoke furniture items, caused substantial damage to personal property. In addition, missing item was reported since the move, and when contacted via email, they are yet to respond. This company operates on an hourly rate, it is therefore important to note that as a result, operatives work to ensure that hours are clocked. They refuse to take responsibility for damages, make demands for high fees. I am deeply disappointed to note that after an amicable agreement was reached to settle payments for the move, the company refuses to respond to the enquiry about missing property. They have the potential to achieve a very good status as a small company based on your interactions, however, additional training and compliances are required to take you to the next step. Please respond to the enquiry, and do not allow dishonesty to ruin your reputation.Read more
