They have ignored numerous emails and screened my calls regarding an issue with the job they did for us. This could have been resolved with a partial refund given we paid for services they didn't provide (1 moving van was sent instead of the 2 we paid for), but instead, they are refusing to engage in any conversation. If you are considering using London Removals Team, I would suggest you use another company instead.

Excellent removal company from start to finish. Communication was always excellent. The day of removals the two guys were excellent. Would highly recommend. We will be using them again in. A few weeks time for moving into our new home.

A friend of mine recommended the service and it was a truly stressless experience, most chilled move I’ve ever had! Everything easy to arrange, a quote, payment etc Ray and Roy who came on the day were punctual, super easy and attentive, packed everything very well, loaded and offloaded quickly and carefully. We ran into an unexpected difficulty of accessing the building entrance upon arrival, and they dealt with it calmly and productively, unloaded quickly. Absolutely recommend London Removals team for a smooth move.

Used this company for a large move..Berkshire to the Highlands of Scotland...guys were amazing...they packed everything so every space was used. Guys were very helpful & polite & worked really hard, our move was over 3 days with the loading, the drive & the unloading...with only 5 days notice they pulled out all the stops to get us moved, competitively priced too

Bit late on the review, but what an amazing team that helped me move from london to Bedfordshire. They did everything and more and I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to move. We had 3 big legendary fellas help, forgot their names although they were amazing! Thanks again guys

Excellent team, we are very happy with our move!
We had a long move from London with quite a lot of items. From the start, Troy was very responsive and friendly, very patient to cater our last minute needs to change time of removal. The prices are more than fair for the services we received.
The team of Ade, Ray and Rodrigo are just our supermen who helped us throughout. We were initially worried that our items could not fit into the van, but Ray is a master of spatial organisation. Space utilisation is maximised while ensuring there is no damage to our belongings at all. Ade could carry three heavy boxes in one go and still have smiles on his face! Rodrigo is very polite and friendly, handling our items with so much care. The three of them are fantastic people who gave us the help we needed, in a timely and professional fashion. I wish the best for them and recommend London Removals Team to anyone looking for help with house move.
