Couldn’t recommend Troy and the team any more highly. Moving us stressful at the best of times, but we were caught in a difficult situation and needed to move a day earlier than planned. I called them at 9:30AM and they arrived 12:30 to help my girlfriend pack and move.
My girlfriend said they were incredibly professional and helpful and they managed to get the packing and the move all done for the quote price - no hidden extras or time wasting.
Easily my best experience with movers and would happily use for our next move.

Troy and his team were amazing from start to finish. Professional, efficient, and genuinely hardworking. They got the job done quickly, handled everything with care, and even reassembled furniture without any fuss. They completely took the stress out of moving. I couldn’t recommend London Removals Team enough.

They have ignored numerous emails and screened my calls regarding an issue with the job they did for us. This could have been resolved with a partial refund given we paid for services they didn't provide (1 moving van was sent instead of the 2 we paid for), but instead, they are refusing to engage in any conversation. If you are considering using London Removals Team, I would suggest you use another company instead.
