I used Mark Ratcliffe because the first contact was courteous and professional. This was consistent, throughout the moving process. The move went very smoothly and the removal/office colleagues were reassuring and helpful.

Really friendly, arrived early and got straight to it. The guys didn’t stop and they worked really hard in the heat! Moving some very heavy and awkward items as well for us. Everything went really smoothly, despite it being really hot and muggy. Really took the stress out of moving. They were great. Couldn’t have asked for better! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Unfortunately we received a bad experience
We thought be best to send a small test shipment via this company , all went smoothly or we thought it did , in the UK we had confidence in Mark
After goods arrived in Thailand the customs asked for money saying paperwork all incorrect ,I asked Mark his advice and he didn't seem interested and advised paying the extra
After paying the extra we where called again some weeks later stating our goods where delivered to the local sorting depot to our village and wasn't being delivered door to door as we paid for
Anyhow we sent family to collect the goods and the correct amount of boxes where collected all had our name on them.
After arrival in Thailand some months later we opened the packages only to find 1 item was missing but seemed as if it was replaced by a different item to make the boxes amount correct , anyhow this was just a test to see how good the service was and all I can advise is be prepared for a not bothered or interested reply from the company , I'm glad I tested the company with none valuable items ,
As relocating overseas with all our items I would not trust this company at allRead more

Mark has an obvious passion for the industry and his team could not have been more friendly and relaxed. Leon and Martin especially did a fantastic job of packing/ disassembling and moving/ reassembling all to time with a smile throughout. What a great company!

A big thank you to Chris, Dan and Paul for the way they handled our move across town. They had the foresight to use two smaller vans which were convenient for dividing our furniture between the house and garage storage. Great care was taken with all our possessions and precautions were taken to ensure both house floor coverings were well protected.
