Overcharged by £181.60 and refusing to answer my calls and justify the bill.
Removal van was pulled over by the police for no MOT and therefore no insurance. Instructed not to move by the police. Had to wait for another van to come from Bradford to Hull. Charged me for the waiting time. The guy in the van told me that we were 'off the clock' when the van was stood - he lied, I was charged for it.
Avoid them.
I was told several times that '[Name removed by Sirelo]' would call me. I've never heard a word from him.
Watch them for a low initial quote, but getting you with the 'additional' time.
If they claim they don't know me or it's a competitor bad mouthing them, ignore it. This is a genuine review.
