Smooth and quick move. They answered quickly all our questions, gave links to partners beyond the move (boxes, finances). All international move questions were answered.

We had a absolute nightmare with our dates being moved by our buyers. Then when we arrived in Spain our property wasn't ready by almost 3 weeks due to a mix up with solicitor and estate agents. So we had to hold the delivery date and change it twice more. [name removed by Sirelo] was absolutely brilliant. Poor bloke I must have drove him nuts, but he was really good. The guys in UK and Spain were really nice. Couldn't have had better workmen.
Really went out there way to be helpful.

Würde 0 Punkte geben! Total Chaos, die umzugsfirma hat ihr Volumen total falsch berechnet und mehr als die Hälfte von meinem Zeug ist vor Ort geblieben. Anstatt eine Entschuldigung und nach einer vernünftigen Lösung zu suchen, haben sie alles versucht abzustreiten und wollten für das rechtliche Zeug nochmal neu berechnen. So etwas unverschämtes und unseriöses habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Im Endeffekt habe ich meinem restlichen Umzug mit einer neuen Firma gemacht.
