Fiasco! The business could be called this, instead of Focus. What a disaster! Lazy, slow, rude, disorganised, unwilling, late, poor attitude, damaged property, careless, understaffed, left client in the lurch. 'Nuff said.

Allocated 12 noon till 3pm to move me to Bowburn by 2_20 no show had paid £100 deposit rang several times no answer .When finally got in touch said they were 3/4 of an hour away had to be out the house by 3 still no show
Please do not in any way use this removal firm because they will rip you off .Will not refund my £100 saying that they can arrive anywhere between 12 and 3 no good when you have to be out the house by 3

We used this company to move house. Some of our furniture quite literally ‘fell off the lorry’ because they didn’t secure it properly. It was smashed to pieces because of the fall. Other furniture was scraped and damaged due to being poorly stacked and handled. Some of our belongings have never been delivered including the drawer from under one of our beds. Over 1 year later and they refuse to provide any compensation or even say sorry. After ignoring us via phone and letter we went to the office a and they locked themselves in and refused to speak to us. I regret using this company and hope that others avoid them too. Disgraceful.
