Be very wary of this company. They claim to be insured but actually its just a sham. They caused considerable damage and loss to some very expensive items and despite being presented with what purported an insurance claim form nothing was settled. Once they have your money that's it they are not interested anymore.

I have to say the men who did the actual work and job were very good and efficient, but their Manager is a nightmare. The admin side of things is atrocious, I am someone who always pays my bills immediately and they didnt send my bill for months then made out they did in fact lied. A woman phoned me months after the move, and said she had emailed me the Invoice and I checked and she did not do that. Then they sent a bill for over £500 more than originally quoted. I asked her to send me a detailed bill. They off course added on nearly £300 vat so watch out for that. As I had just lost my Father and had to arrange a funeral etc I had no time to be phoning them up looking for a bill. When I emailed them back to exlain they shoowed no compassion or understanding very crude response.
The men did a good job

The total lack of care for our belongings when moving was spectacular. A lot of damaged goods ,totalling in excess of £3,000, including some bespoke furniture which cannot be repaired for any reasonable cost. Avoid them at all costs as if you make a claim you then have to deal with a very tricky loss adjuster who's sense of reasoning is totally unethical. Avoid at all costs
No duty of care to belongings
Very difficult to get hold after the move when discovering the damage to belongings
