Terrible service. Given 4 different days and times for the box t be picked up.

First time I have used this company , my box was delivered today in great condition in the Philippines from the UK and took just about 3 months from day of pickup . Absolutely first class service from pick to delivery very nice people and just an overall great experience will definitely recommend and use this Forex cargo UK again very soon . Thanks again guys 😀👍🏻👌🏻

Have been using this service for over 10 years. Never failed me yet.
Always drop off boxes when requested. Collection is usually on Saturday morning. Can't fault their costings. Usually I estimate 3 months arrival to my family. Best in UK.

I was using Forex ever since I went to the UK. So far my boxes arrived in good condition. However, what I don’t like about this company is that it takes ages to collect the box, driver only collects certain day of the week in our area. Take note they only collect ONE day in a week. But they sure are quick to give me boxes when I order them. Most of the time they give me wrong sizes or leave them outside and get soaked in the rain, then it becomes useless. Hence I have to order again. And the cycle repeats itself. Boxes may sometimes get stuck in their warehouses to a month. And the worst, it takes ages to reach the Philippines. As I can remember it can take up to 5 months. The latest box I have sent has just been unloaded from the vessel after waiting for 4 months.

I have sent many many large boxes to this cargo company going to Manila, and it always gets there intact. At least 7 to 8 weeks travel time to get to my family. Happy 😊 and recommended for filipinos sending boxes of goods to the Philippines 🇵🇭 no photo to share at this time 😄 I will check my album and add them at a later date.

Great company always pick up, communicate and deliver on time and at a good cost, i would suggest a rethink on costing 'different size' boxes though
