40ft container. Hgv class 1. Go to the rear of the property, Blyth rd I think. Use road opposite and reverse just like you did on your test day! Guys will help you and stop traffic. Once in a 2/3 hour load. Shop opposite the road and a cafe near a giant dog.... Carefully it's a kinda tight one way system. Not the easiest reverse.

So grateful for Sean for being so helpful. He doesn't mind doing an extra mile helping my husband and I. He is very efficient and mindful in handling the heavy boxes. He deserves a pat on the shoulder.

I queried about the three boxes I sent in October 11, I was told by Rochelle that it was shipped up the next day. When I queried today Mary told me the concerns boxes are delayed somewhere in Singapore. A friend of mine has shipped two weeks later it already arrived to its final destination. I fully understand that delays happens but when you are spoken rudely unacceptable!
Mary is so rude, I was promised by Rochelle that she will give me an update. Nothing!
Spoke to this Mary unbelievable customer service is not her strong suit very rude! Her response was “ what do you want me to do?.

Very terrible experience. It took ages to deliver. I sent my box 3months ago so that when I go home it's already there. But until now my box is not here. I'm so disappointed that I will going back soon but my box didn't come yet.😔
